Reasons why you may not have received your package yet:

  1. Refer to your USPS tracking number sent to your email to check the status of your package. There may be a delay in shipment. 
  2. The shipping address is invalid. Please log back into your account and check that the shipping address provided is correct. Please notify us that the shipping address is incorrect and we will be happy to assist.
  3. Your package is returning due to invalid address, refused, or other reasons.  Please contact support to resolve any issues regarding your return to sender package.
